Welcome to tudorbuilds.com. By accessing our site, completing our interactive copywriting plan, or hiring TudorBuilds for copywriting sprints and private growth partnerships, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Nature and Scope of Services

TudorBuilds (operated by Tudor Crisan) provides high-level direct-response sales copywriting, marketing funnels, and persuasion architectures designed to drive measurable business actions: qualified leads, purchases, and user sign-ups.

Our commercial offerings include:

• Free Tools & Strategy Plans: The 5-step B2B Direct Response Plan, AI prompt templates for Claude and ChatGPT, and educational conversion articles.
• The Outlier Copy Sprint ($7,000 flat fee): A private, focused sprint delivering a complete high-converting sales landing page, an automated 5-7 part email sales sequence, and scroll-stopping ad angles. The client funds and manages their own advertising accounts.
• The Meta Position VIP Growth Partnership ($27,000 + 15% of sales): An end-to-end growth partnership covering in-depth market and competitor research, testing hundreds of creative hooks, full sales funnel construction (landing pages, upsells, checkouts), direct ad buying and media management, and daily split-testing.

2. The 15% Revenue Share Model (VIP Partnerships)

For clients entering the Meta Position VIP tier, compensation consists of the upfront onboarding fee ($27,000) plus 15% of new sales revenue generated through the marketing funnels and ad campaigns created and managed by TudorBuilds.

• Attribution: Revenue share applies to gross receipts from new customers driven by the campaigns built during the partnership term.
• Reporting: The client agrees to provide transparent, read-only dashboard access (such as Stripe, Shopify, or payment gateway reports) for accurate monthly revenue reconciliation.
• Invoicing: The 15% revenue share is calculated and invoiced on a monthly basis, due within 7 business days of invoice receipt.

3. Delivery Timelines and Fast Sprints

We work without slow committees or endless agency meetings. Outlier Sprints launch within 24 hours of payment and onboarding. Standard deliverables are completed within 24 to 48 hours once all critical product briefs, target customer data, and offer specifications are submitted by the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

High-converting direct response requires authentic facts. The client agrees to:

• Provide honest, verifiable information regarding product features, pricing, deliverables, and customer outcomes.
• Ensure that all claims, testimonials, and legal guarantees provided can be substantiated in compliance with consumer protection laws.
• Promptly review copy drafts to keep production moving swiftly.

5. 100% Intellectual Property Ownership

We believe in absolute transparency with zero vendor lock-in:

• Full Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, you own all delivered copy assets outright, including sales pages, headlines, email sequences, and ad scripts.
• Freedom to Scale: You may run, test, edit, and translate your copy on any advertising platform or website builder without recurring licensing fees.
• Proprietary Frameworks: TudorBuilds retains ownership of its underlying proprietary evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering templates, and published website materials.

6. Realistic Direct Response and Performance Disclaimers

Direct response copywriting uses tested psychological principles, pattern interrupts, and objection-killing logic to maximize conversion rates. However, commercial outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond copywriting alone:

• Product-market fit and customer demand.
• Product quality, pricing strategy, and client customer support.
• Advertising budget and algorithm fluctuations on ad networks (Meta, Google, TikTok).

While we test angles aggressively to uncover outlier winners, TudorBuilds does not make guarantees of specific profit figures. Business owners assume standard commercial risk.

7. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

All private packages ($7,000 Outlier Sprints and $27,000 Meta Position VIP partnerships) are billed through secure Stripe checkout using credit card or Apple Pay.

Because direct-response copywriting requires intensive personal strategy, custom market research, and immediate labor starting within 24 hours of payment, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. We provide dedicated revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure the copy matches your brand and hits conversion targets.

8. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

We treat all proprietary client data, unpublished product features, financial metrics, and customer lists with strict confidentiality. We will never share your business secrets, campaign data, or customer details with competitors.
